- Grade mango into a pan and add sugar in low flame.
- Simer chutney until water became half.
- Further add salt, black pepper and fennel seeds mix it. Switch off gas.
- Keep it cool. After cool chutney little thick consistent. Ready chutney store in air tight container.
- Ready chutney serve with chapati or paratha.
