  2. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds carrom seeds and fenugreek seeds.
  3. Add asafoetida, mangoes and water and cover and cook till mangoes are softened.
  4. Add salt and cover and cook till mangoes are softened.
  5. Add jeggery and mix well and cook till it melts.
  6. Add fennel seeds powder coriander powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
  7. Cover and cook for another minute. Now ready to serve with paratha roti and rice.
