- Add all dry spices except roasted coriander-cumin powder,jaggery and water,mix well and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and stir occasionally.
- Now sprinkle roasted coriander-cumin powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Spicy Mango Jaggery Chutney is ready to serve.Store it in an airtight container and keep it in refrigerator.
