  19. Prepare Dry roast and grind
  20. Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  21. Prepare 3 tsp Coriander seeds

Stir carefully and turns the flame to sim. - - Now add the cumin coriander powder and saute a bit. Now add the rice and adjust the salt. - - Before turning off the flame garnish with lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix a bit. Serve hot.
