I leave the flour out so that I can use it in a variety of recipes, but if you're making tacos with ground beef or turkey, I recommend adding a bit of flour and water to the ground meat to create a nice saucy texture. - Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl or in an airtight container i.e. jar and shake well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Store in a cool, dark place for upto 3 months. (Makes just over 1 cup). Again can be used on just about anything but its especially good with gumbo, jambalaya, broiled shrimp and crawfish, blackened fish dishes and french fries and sauces
- Mix all ingredients evenly, then store the all-purpose rub in an airtight container in a cool and dry place for upto 6 months (makes about 3/4 cup). As the name states on all grilling meats.
