- Take 1 kg Raw mangoes
- Get 200 gms Pickle masala
- Prepare 4 tsp Salt
- Get 1 litre Mustard seeds oil

Steps to make Mango pickle:
- First cut the raw mangoes into pieces and take out the seeds and wash them with water.
- Sprinkle salt over it and leave it for 5 to 6 hours.
- Take the raw mangoes and spread them over a cotton cloth again for 5 to 6 hours so that the moisture is absorbed by cloth.
- Now put the mangoes in a mixing bowl and spread the pickle masala and mustard oil over it and mix it well.
- Transfer it in a glass jar and leave it for 15- 20 days and shake the jar daily.
- After 20 days your spicy pickle is ready to eat.
