  6. For mango pickle sprinkle turmeric, salt, powder masala, asafoetida mix well and transfer in jar and pour oil.. keep in sunlight for 3days and it's ready to relish!!

If making in larger quantities ensure that there is enough lemon juice to soak ginger, chilli and garlic. Add raw mango or lemon to this pickle to make a different variation. You can also add garlic cloves or chopped ginger or fresh turmeric to this pickle.
