  1. Heat pan add jeera 1/2 tsp methi seeds and roast few seconds and grind to powder with 1 tsp red chilli powder.

  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp methi seeds, curry leaves, red chilli, hing, turmeric powder then add mango pieces and stir for some time.
  4. Add chilli powder, jagarry stir then add half cup water and let it boil.
  5. When mango pieces becomes soft add powdered masala and mix it well cook for a while and instant mango pickle is ready.
