- Meanwhile chop the mango into cubes. Remove the pepper from the oven, scrape off the charred skin and chop into slices. Mix with the mango. Dissolve the sugar in warm water and add to the mango/pepper mixture. Add chilli flakes and Season to taste.
- Drain rice and serve
