Chutney preparation: In a blender add tomatoes, garlic clove, ginger, whole red chili and blend well. In a pan heat oil, mustard seeds, cumin and saute for minute. Ad sugar, lemon juice. mix it well. Preparation Time This is a very simple tomato chutney with garlic flavour.
