Instructions to make Chatpati mango chutney:
- Wash and peel half ripe mango.
- Chopped into small chunks and add into a sauce pan
- Add some water, sugar, salt, red chilli flakes, kalonji, ginger, garlic, raisins, lemon juice into the sauce pan and cook. Till mango become soft.
- Dissolve cornflour into water and add into mango mixture. When desired consistency achieved than add chopped green and red jallapino, saseme seeds and malon seeds. Cook for 1_2 minutes and turn off flame.
- Take out in a serving bowl and serve with paratha of bread slices or any thing of your choice
