Never grind pudina chutney with salt. Add salt after you grind pudina chutney. Add lemon juice or curd or raw mango in pudina chutney to keep it green in color. Add Mango and fry for a minute.

Instructions to make Pudina and raw mango chutney:
  1. Transfer all ingredients in grinder jar.grind well and make smooth paste
  2. Transfer in a bowl.add lemon juice and mix well..serve
