  1. Mix suji, Maize flour, Sattu flour in a bowl and add curd,chopped chilli, ginger, garlic, peanut powder and salt as per taste in a bowl add water if needed and keep aside for 10-mins.
  2. Add baking soda and mix properly and pour the ready batter in a greased thali tap it and sprinkle red chilli powder and sesame seeds and steam it on high flame for 15-20 mins.
  3. When Dhokla thali is steamed completely take out and heat a kadai for tempering add oil,cumin,mustard, sesame when starts cracking add red chilli chopped and asafoetida and immediately pour on Dhokla with spoon all over.
