This Gajar Matar sabzi is healthy, easy to make and a perfect side dish with roti or paratha.

- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, asefetida, chopped green chillies, grated ginger let it roast for few seconds..
- Now add chopped carrot and mix it.. Saute it for 1-2 mints..
- Than add peas, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder saute it for 2 minutes..
- Now add salt mix well cover and let it cook for more 7-8 minutes.. Lower the flame..
- After it done add garam masala mix it switch off the flame and let it cover for 5-6 minutes.. Gajar matar sabji is ready to serve..
- Enjoy it with chappatis..
