  5. Set your pan to medium heat making sure that the pan is evenly heated.Add a spoonful of butter and let it melt.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the pan forming pancakes. Be careful not to disturb the shape of the pancakes while they are cooking as they will be very soft and foam like in texture.
  7. Check the pancake underside after 3.5 minutes, if it is brown, flip it carefully and cook it for another 3.5 minutes or however long it takes for the other side to brown.
