  5. Add the sugar, lemon juice, fresh garlic and coriander, mix well and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring occasionally. - Garnish with coriander and serve with yogurt.

Vagharelo bhaat is usually made from leftover rice. But dear husband likes this so much that I specially cook extra rice so I can make this next day for him. Serving suggestion: Vagharelo bhaat is best served with plain yogurt. Here I have sprinkled some cumin powder on.
