Instructions to make Mutton bong nehari:
  1. Take a pan add 3tbsp sp oil in it add washed meat in it
  2. Fry well add gg paste and all spices in it and half packet shan sachet fry until it bonify
  3. Fry well add 2 cups water to tender the meat
  4. When it tendor add flour mixed with water and remaining shan sachet
  5. Slowly slowly use spoon regularly to mix it well
  6. Add 2 more cups water to cook flour
  7. Taste it when it completely cook
  8. Take another pan add chopped onion in it fry it in oil until it become brown
  9. When it brown pour all nihari in it
  10. 4 min in a low flame
  11. Now it become ready to serve
  12. Serve with green chilli lemon coriander Abd chopped ginger
