  2. When grinded. Chop in some pepper And onions And mix well.
  3. Add salt to taste. You can add stock boullion if so desired.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into frying deep fryer to reach level up. Allow to Heat.
  5. Scoop batter And re-scoop to have the quenelle shape And drop into hot cooking oil And allow to fry well. Add more but dont over crowd your pan. When well cooked. Take out with sloated ladle and put on paper towel to cool off.
  6. Serve with stew, pepper sauce or chutney.
