  4. Now make some batter and make vada shapes and start dropping them one by one to hot oil.in low medium heat and fry the vada till they turn golden brown.
  5. Drain off the vada on to kitchen towel to absorb oil. - finally, serve moong chana dal vada with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
