- Now make some batter and make vada shapes and start dropping them one by one to hot oil.in low medium heat and fry the vada till they turn golden brown.
- Drain off the vada on to kitchen towel to absorb oil. - finally, serve moong chana dal vada with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
