Last weekend I recreated the same dish in my kitchen and surprisingly he said it tastes exactly like that dhaba's mutton curry ??. The recipe is very simple and easy to follow.
Instructions to make Dhaba style Mutton karahi:
- First of all take handi.make a layer of tomatoes as shown in picture.when you will make a base of tomatoes.they leave it's own water and meat also so their is no chance to burn of meat.
- Then add sliced onion.then ginger garlic freshly chopped.
- Cover it and cook it on low flame. Untill meat will not done 80%.
- Then add,haldi powder, red chilli powder, deghi red chilli powder, coriander powder,Cumin powder๐๐ป
- After 30-35 minutes mutton will become 80%.
- Now take a karahi add oil and Butter in it.
- Then add mutton only add meat not the gravy.we will use gravy later.
- Then fry mutton for 6-8 minutes in karahi.then add salt and then๐๐ป
- Add yoghurt and cream.Add yoghurt rand cream together mix and add in karahi.
- Mix it for 2 minutes ๐๐ป
- Now add remaining gravy in it.and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes add chopped coriander leaves,green chillies and ginger.just simmer for 2 minutes.
- Yummy creamy Dhaba style Mutton karahi is ready…
