    1. If you want crispy bread crust, before putting bread in oven keep ice cubes and water in metal bowl, this will cause steam in the oven and your bread will have crispy crust
  11. NB: If you do not want to put butter can skip the applying butter part and just make three or four long tubes and plait them up
