- Sprinkle Garam Masala, fresh coriander leaves and put it on dum for 1 minute.
- Dish out and serve it with roti or naan.
While the beans are cooking, fill a large bowl with ice water. Add the green beans and lemon zest to the pan and stir together for a couple of minutes, until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Once the beans are trimmed, all you need is a large, hot pan, and the rest is one big, quick sizzling action.
