  3. Then put a kadhai on medium flame and heat the refined oil. You can also use ghee, if you want to make these kebabs in the traditional way. On the other hand, after the mutton mixture is marinated, take equal portions of the mixture and make small seekh kabab shape and slip into the hot oil
  4. Keep the flame low. Let these kebabs fry till the colour changes to golden brown. Drain off the extra oil
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onions. You can also serve it with lime slices. But I use chilli sauce put on them
