- Soaked Mung beans in water all over night
- Then grind the mung bean(moong fall) by taking small amount of cup one by one.
- Then in a pan add 2 spoon of oil and add mung beans(moong fall) paste into it and let it fry until become thick(make sure to keep stirring in between).
- It becomes thick.
- Then add 1 spoon oil in a plate and place mung beans(moong daal) into all over plate and let it cool.
- Once become cool then make rectangular shaped of mung beans(moong daal) by cutting it into pieces.
- Then in a same pan add 4 spoon of oil and fry rectangular shaped mung beans until become slight golden colour. Then take out all of them.
- Then take out some oil from pan and in a left oil add 1 spoon cumin seeds and bay leaves.
- Then add potatoes and tomatoes cubes and let it cool until potatoes become soft. Once it becomes soft then add 2 spoons turmeric powder, 3 spoons coriander powder, 1 spoon red chilli powder and stir it for a while. - Then add 3 glass of water and let it boil the water
- Once water start boiling then add fried rectangular mung beans into it. Let it cook for 2 minutes then it's ready to serve.
