- Punch down the air and knead it for a min or two.
- Make a roll shape out of the dough. Divide in equal parts.
- Roll the naan with a rolling pin on a dusted surface. And smear generous amount of water on the top.
- Put the wet side on the hot skillet(tawa) first. After 30 seconds… flip the tawa as shown in the pic so that the top side too gets cooked well.
- Serve the naans hot after brushing with butter immediately. ENJOY !!!
