  6. After 15 minutes check the chanay and mash some chanay with spoon, now add the oil which we take out from chanay and the masala which is grinded and cover it for 2 minutes.
  7. For making sooji halwa, heat a wok add ghee/oil, sooji stir it for 5 minutes when aroma of sooji comes out,now heat the pan add water illachi and sugar dissolves it when it becomes boiled turn off flame and pour on sooji stir it well than dum on low flame for 10 minutes, add little bit yellow colour also, now sooji halwa is ready.
