  3. Preheat tawa for 10min. Place the side of naan on tawa having enough amount of water. keep the flame very low. When bubbles come on the surface of naan after 2-3mins, flip the tawa and move in circular motion so that every side is evenly cooked.
  4. Apply some butter on top for extra taste and serve hot with chicken karahi or qourma😊

Now add milk and water gradually to form a soft non sticky dough. Here I have used whole wheat flour for making this recipe. While using whole wheat flour the flatbread just gets a tad dark but very tasty. Obviously if you plain flour the naan will be light and more fluffy.
