  5. Take another pan heat milk then add sugar..Cook till sugar dissolves completely.
  6. Take separate small bowl add warm milk in it add saffron & orange colour & stir continuously to form a good orange colour then mix into boiling milk & sugar.
  7. Now it's time to add milk & sugar in mung daal..Mix all ingredients well & cook few minutes more.
  8. Add cardamom powder then again mix well.
  9. Now switch off the flame & add khoya then stir continuously through spoon mix well.
  10. Wait for few minutes mixture gets cool then take small portion on ur hand & give shape of modak or ladoo.
  11. Use cashews for garnishing.
