The ingredients needed to make No Baked - Tiramisu:
  1. Take 250 ml Whipping cream(I always use fresh whipping cream)
  2. Get 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  3. Prepare 125 gr Mascarpone Cheese
  4. Make ready 50 gr icing sugar
  5. Prepare 2 large egg yolks
  6. Make ready 1 tsp pure vanila extract
  7. Make ready as needed cocoa powder

  9. Take homemade lady finger(you can just buy from grocery store too)
  10. Make ready 1 sachet instant coffee(i use decaf)
  11. Get 1 cup hot water
  12. Take to taste sugar(i usually use 6small sachets of sugar from Hotel)
  13. Make ready 2 tsp rum

Tiramisu is one of my all-time favorite desserts. I simply cannot resist it whenever I see it on the menu. There is something so simple about it, but it packs tremendous flavor and all the components work so harmoniously together. Another version of the world famous tiramisu dessert, this is a no-bake tiramisu cheesecake.

Steps to make No Baked - Tiramisu:
  1. Make the coffee : combine all the ingredients for dipping then stir until well combined, put it aside and let it cool down
  2. Beat whipping cream and 2tbsp sugar with electric mixer until stiff peaks form(don't over beat or it can turn to be butter)
  3. Beat egg yolks and 50grams of icing sugar and pure vanilla and butter in a stainless bowl, continue to stir in a hot water(heat on low level). after the eggs getting warm, turn off the heat,continue to beat until the eggs cool down to room temperature.
  4. Folded egg yolks mixture with mascarpone cheese and whip cream mixture and stir with spatula until well combined.
  5. Dip ladyfingers one at a time in coffee and layer entire bottom of dish. Spread enough custard over ladyfingers to cover completely. Repeat layer a second time. Use remainder in smaller dish or cups. - sprinkle with sifted cocoa powder over the top
  6. Ready to eat or you can keep them in a fridge until ready to eat.

What I like the most about this cake is that you can easily mix and match the layers. For example, omit the middle ladyfinger layer and spread the tiramisu mixture straight onto the cheesecake layer. As with the original recipe for tiramisù, tiramisù cake is also super easy. To avoid turning on the oven, we used for tiramisù cake three disks of ready-made soft sponge cake so we can cut regular slices for our tiramisu cake. The original Savoyard biscuits used to prepare it in the ovenproof dish and divided into small.
