Take the wheat flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and cumin seeds. Add the ghee and water and knead everything into a smooth dough.   4. Now add a glass of water in dal and keep it on flame, wen it boils put into dhokli we made, and cover it with lid (without whistle).
  5. Now prepare tadka, heat oil in pan and add cumin>ginger garlic paste>onion>green chilli and saute well, now add all dry masale and 1/4 cup of water, cook it for 30 seconds.
  6. Now mix boiled dal dhokli and tadka together, cook it for 1 minute, garnish with onion and fresh coriander and serve it hot
