- Add salt and mix.Add whole nigella seeds and carom seeds.Mix them.
- Now transfer mango into an airtight glass jar or air tight plastic jar.Pour mustard oil over mango.Shake a little.
- Cover the lid and put the jar in sunlight for 3-4days.Aam kuchcha is ready to serve.
