I am such a fan of pickles that I have pickles with everything from dal, vegetable stir fries and even with roti or paratha. Stir the pickle regularly with help of a spoon, really well. Steps to make Less oil mango pickle:
- Firstly cut mango into small pieces…and wash it properly…and dip in salt for almost 2 days…and keep it in dry place in some container..
- Now after 2 days,,you can see water squeezed out from the mango pieces just bcz of salt…
- Now separate those mango pieces from water and add in a big bowl…add all the masale and mix well..now add the salt water which is drain out earlier…
- Now put in the container in which you want to store..and add oil and mix well…
- And keep it in dry place…now it will b ready to eat after 3-5 days…you can enjoy khata and kacha aam la achar with paratha or rice..
