- Take a bowl add aata, maida and suji, now add salt, ajwan,kalonji, black pepper and oil mix all together and knead dough add water slowly according to dough requirements
- Dough should be bit tight so that puri can make properly
- Take a kadhai pour oil and preheat oil and dough make a half and mke small balls and roll with. Roti pin and give puri shape
- As oil is heat now fry them
- Aloo sabhiji. Take kadhai add 1 tbspn oil, jeera and chopped tomatoes stir gor 10 mint once tomato cooked add chopped boil aloo, and masalas, salt, chily powder, coriander powder,chat masala mix all and 3 tbspn water get one boil sabji is ready to serve.
