Saute and cooked on low flame for two minutes.then add coriander powder,fennel powder and amchur.mix well and add 1/2 cup water.cover and cooked for two minutes.
- Now remove the pan from heat add beaten curd.mix very well then cook another one minute on low flame.when a boil comes turn off the flame and your chilli fry is ready.you can enjoy it with paratha or take in lunch or dinner instead of achar.
