Steps to make Bhagaray Kabab:
  1. Assemble all ingredients. Dry roast cashews for 1 minute. Then add red chillis, dhania, cumin, cloves, safaid till and khopra and dry roast for 2 minutes. Keep aside.

  4. When the oil separates, add in salt, red chilli powder and haldi and mix well. Add water to make a gravy. I used pre-made seekh kababs. Add in the kababs when defrosted.
  5. Cover with lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Remove lid, add in tamarind pulp, mix well and cook for 5 minutes until a rich colour develops.
  6. Dish out. Garnish with coriander. Serve with naan or garlic naan. Enjoy!
