- Get 1 cup boiled rajma
- Get 1 tbsp chopped onion
- Take 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- Make ready 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Take 1 tsp amchur powder
- Get 1 tsp salt

- Prepare 500 ml oil for deep frying kachodis
Once done, drain excess water and grind the cooked rajma along with green chili. In a wide bowl, add the rice flour, ground rajma paste, sesame seeds, salt and oil+butter. Mix well with hands and sprinkle water little by little to make a soft crack free dough. Flatten kachodi a little at the top and put in oil one by one.
Steps to make Rajma Kachodi:
- Mix all the ingredients of kachori and make a semi-hard dough. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped green chillie and chopped anion. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled rajma and add 1/2cup water. Add salt and all powdered spices.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Put off flame and let it be cooled.
- Make 6-8equall sized ball of the dough. Flatten each ball, stuff the filling and make kachoris.
- Deep fry kachoris on low -medium flame till golden. Serve hot.
Keep the kadahi on full flame and when kachodis puff up, lower the flame. Turn and fry the kachodis till golden in colour. Cool oil again and repeat the process with rest of the kachodis. Stir and mix thoroughly before serving. So thought of trying bean burritos because I thought kids would like beans in this too.
