  5. Make cut marks using a knife so as to ensure that the kachoris do not puff while frying.
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai and then lower the flame… add the kachoris to the hot oil in batches and deep fry on low flame to make the kachoris crispy..
  7. Serve hot with suji ka halwa.
