  1. For preparation of dough…mix all ingredients mentioned for it in mixing bowl. Add little little water,bind into semi soft dough. Knead for 5 mins. Keep cover for 15 -20 mins ago.
  2. To prepare filling mixture.. First finely chopped. Keep ready other mentioned ingredients for it. Heat oil in kadhai. Add bay leaf, nigella seeds,snauf, chopped green chillies and onion. Mix all and saute for 5 mins on medium flame.
  3. Add besan, coriander powder, red chilli powder,garam masala, salt. Mix and saute for 2 mins… stirring occasionally. Off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves. Cool.
  4. Remove bay leaf. Divide into 6 equal portions.
  5. Knead dough and make 6 equal portions.
  6. Roll each ball of dough into 21/2" round shape puri. Place one portion of onion stuffing in center.
  7. Bring together all edges,seal at centre, remove excess dough. Roll lightly into 3" round shape..as shown.
  8. Heat oil in frying pan. Deep fry kachori first on high flame..as it puff up.. Lower to medium flame. Deep fry till golden brown and crispy. Similarly prepare all pyaaz ki kachori.
  9. Serve immediately… Delicious Hot Pyaaz ki Kachori with red chutney.
