- Mix well rest of the ingredients of the paratha stuffing and cook in the wok in low-medium heat for 5 minutes. The stuffing is ready now. Let it cool down.
- To make the paratha dough mix all it's ingredients nicely. Add water little at a time and make soft dough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Make a bit bigger size lemon balls from the dough. Roll and make like katori. Fill with stuffing and gather from each side to make balls.
