- Take maida in a bowl,add a little salt,1tea spoon oil and make a soft dough.Divide into two and coat with 2table spoon corn oil.Cover and rest for 1hour.
- Meanwhile chop roughly,ginger,garlic and green chillies.Add chicken cubes,mint,salt and pepper powder.Grind to a smooth paste.
- Now press one maida ball by applying oil on it.Do not use a rolling pin.Put 1table spoon chicken mixture on one side of rolled paratha.Cover and seal the edges.Apply some maida on other part and cut strips as shown in picture.
- Fold paratha,and press to form a disc.(picture).Press by hands to form paratha.If required put some oil on paratha.
- Heat a tawa,cook paratha on medium to low flame for 5-6 minutes.Apply oil generously on paratha.Cook till golden.serve.
