- When it's turned goldenbrown add all spices like salt red chilli coriander powder.turmeric ginger garlic paste and bhunify well
- Then add mutton and stirr it
- Let it cook in pressure cooker for 20 mintes to tender it
- When it's tender water dries bhunify well till oil comes out on the surface
- Then add sal mash and water let it cook to dal soften.
- Add garam masala powder green chillies and coriander leaves and turn off the flame
- Serve with nan or chapatti
Masoor Ki Dal or whole (sabut) masoor dal/brown lentil is one of our favorite dal. It's very easy to prepare and goes well with rice or roti/paratha and we doesn't.
