- Take 1 tbsp ghee
- Take 1 tbsp garam masala powder

- Prepare 1 small bowl oil
- Take 1 tbsp butter
- Take as required Coriander for garnish
- Prepare For tadka-
- Prepare 1 tbsp ginger Mirch paste
- Get 2 tbsp garlic paste
- Get 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- Get Pinch asafoetida
- Prepare 1 inch cinnamon stick
- Make ready 1 bay leaf
- Get 2 cloves
- Make ready 2 cardamoms
- Prepare 1 star anise
- Make ready 1 dry red chilli
- Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli powder
Mixed dal dosa is a protein-packed dosa, with good amount of proteins coming from the lentils. Serve the dosa plain with coconut chutney or sambar. Steps to make Double tadka mix dal:
- First of all, Dal wash and mix all the lentils and let it boil, add some salt and turmeric to it to get rid of the steam.
- Now heat the onion on the other side and place the tomatoes on the side. Now add ghee, oil in a pot to heat. Now add cumin seeds, cayenne, cayenne, cinnamon, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom, then add garlic.
- Now the garlic is slightly brown in colour and add ginger chilli paste to it and then add onion and salt and let it rise for a few minutes. Onion is gone and add the tomato slices to it
- After a few tomatoes, sprinkle all the spices in it and allow them to soak till the oil is loose. Then mix the mixture in the lentils.
- Now, slowly grind the dal in the heat. All the spices become a juice in the lentils, then mix the cream in it and let it cook again.
- Then the lentils are boiled, then put in ghee to re-heat it and add cumin, lemon, dried chilli cinnamon, cloves, cherry blossom and cardamom, then add the garlic peel to it. So add red Mirch powder to it and add it to dal and serve it. So the mix dal is ready to be double tadka
- Serve it with cumin rice and enjoy it.
