  20. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger Mirch paste
  21. Get 2 tbsp garlic paste
  22. Get 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  23. Get Pinch asafoetida
  24. Prepare 1 inch cinnamon stick
  25. Make ready 1 bay leaf
  26. Get 2 cloves
  27. Make ready 2 cardamoms
  28. Prepare 1 star anise
  29. Make ready 1 dry red chilli
  30. Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli powder

  6. Then the lentils are boiled, then put in ghee to re-heat it and add cumin, lemon, dried chilli cinnamon, cloves, cherry blossom and cardamom, then add the garlic peel to it. So add red Mirch powder to it and add it to dal and serve it. So the mix dal is ready to be double tadka
  7. Serve it with cumin rice and enjoy it.
