- 2 Cooked Sausages cooled then sliced into disc shape then cut each disc into 4 tiny parts. Then set aside.
- Drain the cooked pasta and set aside
- Chop up the Tomato into tiny pieces
- Add the Avocado to a bowl cut up add the Mayonnaise or sour cream then add garlic and the mixed Herb puree. Mix all together then add salt and Black pepper.1. In another bowl add the pasta, sausage,tomato and mix
- Next add the Avocado mix and stir until all is covered. Serve cool on a hot day so refreshing.
