Broccoli Cheese Soup V "Very good, nice and smooth. Broccoli has so many health benefits. Once boiling, add the broccoli (in the steamer basket, if it has a handle). Add the garlic and saute just until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Instructions to make Just Broccoli & Egg:
  1. Whisk Eggs in a bowl and season with Salt & Pepper.
  2. Heat Oil in a frying pan, non-stick recommended, over medium heat, add Broccoli, Salt and Water, cover with a lid and steam-cook for a few minutes.
  3. When the Water is evaporated, remove the lid.
  4. Make a room in the frying pan, add extra Oil, pour the Egg and cook until just cooked. Combine the Egg and Broccoli.
  5. Drizzle with your favourite sauce and enjoy. *Note: For the above photo, I used a mixture of Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil. For the photo below, I used Japanese Mayonnaise and Soy Sauce.

If it starts browning, just take the pan off the heat and add the broccoli. This is a delicious twist to broccoli, rice, and cheese casserole, and is VERY easy to make. You can also cut this in half. You can also leave out the onion. It just gives it a little added flavor, but is still very good without it.
