Instructions to make Oaty shorba(meat):
- Marinate the meat about half an hour or so.then remove and leave the Salk juices in pan
- In same pan Use the stalk to cook put in aots.and som water about half a cup or one cup to soften the oats.cook simmer for a while..(the oats thicken ad it cookes and absorbs the wayer and the lovely flavors of stalk and basic spices).when it's dried up add the lemon and more spice as needed can.add some fresh chopped or dried herbs
- Add more water(rest of water).check spices.ad as required.simmer
- Add meat and cook just to have nice thick consistancy and oats and meat are soft..bismillah enjoy
