- Soak a mung Dal for an hour
- Then add the Dal in cooker add chillies, salt, turmeric powder and water give the 2_3 whistle
- Now mash the Dal (if you need the water then add it)
- Don't add too much water (if water is too much then cook it again till extra water absorbed)
- Now sprinkle the garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder on it
- At last time to give tadka
- Heat the oil in small kadhai
- Add oil then add cumin seeds and a pinch of hing
- When it sprinkles spread it on the dal
- Don't mix the tadka and masala in to dal (as you shown in the pic)
- Whenever you want to eat take it directly and enjoy it with roti or paratha..
