  21. Knead tight dough using water.
  22. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  23. Now make ball and roll by rolling pin.
  24. Bake on hot tawa from both sides
  25. Cool and grind in mixer.
  26. Now roast in wok along with rest of ghee.
  27. When good aroma will there and colour will change add cardamom powder, dry fruits and coconut powder.
  28. Roast for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
  29. Cool and Add powdered sugar.
  30. Daal baati churma is ready.
