Instructions to make Peppered meat:
  1. Rinse /wash meat (with salt water or vinegar optional)
  2. Marinate meat with ginger, garlic, salt, seasoning, shallot, onions, curry and thyme and allow to rest for a while or place in refrigerator
  3. Cook meat by adding, onions water, check if spices are OK or spice up to taste
  4. When meat is tender. Turn off burner
  5. Fry meat and set aside
