Saute broccoli until tender crisp, and add scallions. Scramble eggs; return broccoli mixture to pan. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, salt and pepper. The hot pan will steam the broccoli in a minute, and lightly crisp up the garlic at the same time.
Steps to make Stir-fried Broccoli & Nori:
- Heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add Broccoli, Salt and Water, cover with a lid and steam-cook for a few minutes.
- When the Water is evaporated, remove the lid and stir-fry until slightly browned.
- Add ‘Gim-gui’ OR Toasted Nori, toss to combine, sprinkle with Toasted Sesame Seeds OR Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix), and serve immediately.
- *Note: Alternatively, allow the Broccoli to cool, then mix with ‘Gim-gui’ OR Toasted Nori just before you serve.
