- Take 2 tbsp of oil,put onion,ginger garlic paste and saute it till it become tender,then put all dry ingredients,At last put minced meat and mashed potatoes,put some coriander leaves too.
- Mixture is ready,shape it in circle or oval shape dip it into whisked eggs and roll it in roasted oats and shallow fry the cutlets.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala on the top and serve the spicy cutlets.
